EACH DESIGN IN A BOX ROOM PURCHASE INCLUDES: AN INITIAL DESIGN BOARD PRESENTATION VIA EMAIL, ONE ROUND OF REVISIONS, A FINAL DESIGN WILL BE MAILED TO YOUR FRONT DOOR AND WILL INCLUDE UPDATED PURCHASING LINKS, A PRINTED DESIGN BOARD PRESENTATION WITH DESIGN ELEVATIONS & FLOOR PLAN OF YOUR SPACE, FABRIC/FINISH SAMPLES AND COLOR SWATCHES.

WHAT IS THE PROCESS AFTER I PURCHASE A ROOM?
AFTER YOU PURCHASE A ROOM DESIGN PACKAGE, YOU WILL NEED TO FILL OUT OUR PROJECT FORM SO THAT WE CAN GET STARTED. WE WILL DO A VIDEO OR PHONE CALL TO ASK ANY OTHER QUESTIONS WE MIGHT HAVE ABOUT YOUR PROJECT. THEN THE FUN BEGINS! AFTER WE HAVE DESIGNED YOUR SPACE, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN INITIAL DESIGN BOARD VIA EMAIL. THIS IS YOUR TIME TO REVIEW THE DESIGN AND LET US KNOW WHICH PRODUCTS YOU WOULD LIKE TO SEE A SECOND OPTION ON OR ANY OTHER CHANGES. GIVE US ANOTHER WEEK TO MAKE THE REVISIONS AND THEN WE WILL SEND YOU YOUR UNIQUE DESIGN IN A BOX WITH ALL YOU WILL NEED TO COMPLETE YOUR SPACE, FOR YOU TO ORDER AND INSTALL AT YOUR OWN PACE.
IS A FLOOR PLAN LAYOUT INCLUDED WITH THE DESIGN?
YES! WE DESIGN A ROUGH TO SCALE FLOOR PLAN LAYOUT FOR YOUR ROOM BASED ON THE DIMENSIONS AND PHOTOS YOU SEND. THIS IS SENT WITH THE INITIAL DESIGN. TIPS AND NOTES ARE ALSO GIVEN AT THIS TIME AS WELL TO MAKE SURE YOUR ORDERING AND INSTALL PROCESS GOES SMOOTHLY!
